Millet360°: Nourishing Bharat – Empowering Self Help Groups (SHGs)
An initiative focused on empowering rural women by building a strong network of women-led enterprises. It enables Self Help Groups (SHGs) to showcase and market their natural and millet-based products through curated expos, while improving access to technical support, subsidies, and market linkages.
By strengthening women’s roles across farming, food processing, and entrepreneurship, the initiative promotes sustainable agriculture and drives economic empowerment from farm to table.
Launched on 4 March 2025 during Women’s Week at the “Women, Wellness and Gut Health” Expo in Gurugram, the initiative was inaugurated by BK Sister Shivani in the presence of renowned nutritionist Ishi Khosla and leading experts from the health and nutrition sector. The event brought together SHGs from Uttarakhand, providing them with a platform to showcase and sell their products alongside established brands.
Participants gained hands-on exposure to packaging, pricing, sales strategies, and real-world market dynamics—equipping them with practical insights to scale their businesses.
Building on Success: Mera Millet Magic
